Rev. Dr. Darlene Dillard

Rev Dr. Darlene Dillard is a wife, mother, grandmother, and a great grandmother.

She has been a member of Rock of Ages Missionary Baptist Church since 1995. She preached her initial sermon and was licensed on February 20, 2005. She is a student at Jameson School of Ministry and Theology; Rev. Dr. Dillard received a Doctorate of Theology on June 7, 2019. She is a member of the Ministerial staff, Mass Choir Ministry, and Praise and Worship Ministry. She is a former member of the Fellowship Choir, Choir Director for the Youth and Young Adult Choir, the Overseer /Director of the Youth Ministry, Director of VBS and New Members Class.

Her favorite scripture is Romans 12:1–2 (NKJV): I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Rev. D, as some call her, believes just as the Word says, a changed or renewed mind will change our bad behavior. Because when you learn a better way, you do better.
